Citizen Soldier for Life (CSFL)

What is CSFL?

CSFL is a nationwide program designed to provide employment assistance to Wisconsin’s currently serving National Guardsmen, Reservists, and their families. The CSFL program’s vision is to prepare and connect service members and their families with employment, education, and financial education opportunities to maintain a resilient force capable of accomplishing the State and Federal mission.

What can CSFL do for me?

CSFL program focuses on service members who are in the initial phase of the Soldier Life Cycle (SLC) from as early as a new recruit in the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) through their first year of service. Service members and their families who seek financial education/services will be provided with information or connected to certified Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs).

How do I contact a CSFL CRC?

Career Readiness Counselors are available to help you and your family.
