In 2002, the WI NG Family Program developed a joint services youth program. In the years since its inception the WI NG Youth Program has grown by leaps and bounds.

The program now hosts events focused on building resilience, leadership and character in our military youth from all branches of service and all over the state. In addition to these events, the Child and Youth Program provides deployment related programming at all Badger Yellow Ribbon events from MOB through Phase II Reintegration Training, as well as, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens/Happy Kids at the the Chaplain Corps Strong Bonds family events.

The WI NG Child and Youth Program acts as a resource and referral clearing house for child and youth related benefits and programs for WI Military Families. Briefings and trainings are also available for community/child service providers.
